I was given these fresh amazing Pea Shoot sprouts from their garden. It changed a whole meal plan. I had chicken schnitzel and salad for dinner and as we all know, you have to cook up the leftover beaten egg too. I add the sprouts to the egg mix – heavenly and peppery, and to the salad for an extra flavour.
So when making eggs – do yourself a flavour – add Sprouts!
