A Perfect meal for those cold nights.
2 pound rump steak
1tblspn Garam Marsala
mushrooms, green capsicum, garlic, diced carrots, sour cream.
Saute onions and meat in little oil. Add spices, garlic, & green capsicum. When brown, add a little water and stock powder and simmer for 1 hour. Then add tomato paste and carrots and simmer for another 30 mins. Add sour cream 10. mins before serving.
Make spaetzle according to www.spaetzlerecipes.com, add chopped parsley and chives to the mix.
Fry cooked spaetzle in a little butter and serve with Strogoff.
